We wanted to make sure our solar panel could keep up with SuperBase Pro. This meant it had to be easy to carry around, but also built to withstand the elements, as well as the hazards of travel.

If you want even more power, our solar panel can be connected in series with other solar panels. SuperBase Pro can charge at up to 1,800W. You can assemble your own solar array for maximum charging performance!

The warranty period is up to 3 years starts on the date of the item is purchased from zendure.com or an authorized retailer.
Zendure also provides other special warranty period, please review your product's documentation for information about the duration of warranty protection.

- The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, theft, or confiscation of your Zendure products.
- The warranty will be invalidated if the product has not been used in accordance with the product documentation, or attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
- Warranty service may not be carried out if above information is not available
- This limited warranty does not apply to any battery cell or product containing a battery cell unless the battery cell has been fully charged by you within seven (7) days after your purchase of the product and at least once every 6 months there after thereafter.
- Your warranty is non-transferable.
The Zendure Care Team will make a final determination regarding warranty service.
Shipping
General Shipping Information
- Free standard shipping.
- Express Shipping is not available for P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping Time excludes time for processing your order between 1 to 3 days before shipping.
- Track your package via tracking platform.
- We will do our best to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required if there are issues resolving the delivery address or clearing customs.
- If your order hasn't arrived after more than 21 days, please contact us at sales@solarsovereign.com. We recommend contacting customer support within 180 days of the purchase date.
- Solar Sovereign is not responsible for the loss of the package in case of using a virtual addressor incorrect address.
How Will My Cargo Be Shipped?
International Express (DHL / EMS / FEDEX / USPS, etc.) and Amazon FBA as our logistics partners to ship Zendure products. They will make certain shipping decision based on their own judgment of what will better serve our customers.
I Ordered More Than One Item. Will They All Be Delivered At The Same Time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the types of products. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I Change The Delivery Address Of My Package After It Has Been Shipped Out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment details once the product is en route.
