If your products are damaged or defective, please take photos and send them to support@homehaq.com within 30 days, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Customers will not be subject to any costs for damaged/defective returns.

As for non-damaged/defective returns, we accept returns up to 30 days of the item being delivered on most products (for example, made-to-order items cannot be returned).
