You can request a full refund before the item is sent out. Please note that our normal order processing time is within 24 hours.
Once the package is sent out, an immediate cancellation and refund can’t be done.
Return
The return service is currently available for US orders only.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete, unused, and in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
For quality issues, we will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items.
Refund
After you return the product to our warehouse, we’ll issue the refund within 2 business days.

Our order fulfillment team will process your orders and arrange the shipment in 1-2 business days.
How long does it take from the time it is shipped out to when the package is at my doorstep?
It takes about 2-7 days to arrive, depending on the shipping distance and the actual situation of transportation.
What carriers do we use?
We use FedEx, USPS, DHL, and UPS as carriers, mainly FedEx.
How can you get the tracking number for your orders?
Solar Sovereign will send a shipping confirmation email and update the tracking number to your account mailbox when it is available.
