Intelligent Energy Management
Our Home Panel with EV Outlets connects SuperBase V to your home’s electrical circuits to supply power throughout the house. The Zendure app gives you tools to monitor, manage, and customize your energy use. Using Zendure’s Time of Use tools, you can significantly reduce your energy bill.
EV-Grade Semi-Solid State Batteries
SuperBase V is the world's first home energy storage system with semi-solid state batteries. At more than 228Wh/kg, our semi-solid state batteries have up to 42% more energy per pound compared to lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries. And with our battery management software, internal battery life can be an amazing 10 years or more.
6.4 to 64kWh Cpacity
The SuperBase V6400 has a storage capacity of 6.4 kWh (6,438Wh). The maximum configuration for SuperBase V6400 includes two base units and eight Satellite Batteries for a total capacity of 64kWh. This is enough energy to power a typical household for a week or more
3800W to 7600W AC Output
A single SuperBase V can provide up to 3,800W of power, and two units can be connected together to provide up to 7,600W. That's enough power to supply a typical household with a washer, dryer, heater, refrigerator and more.
3000W solar Input
SuperBase V can charge up to 3,000 W using solar power alone. This is enough to fully charge the main unit in 2 to 3 hours. While we offer our own solar panels, SuperBase V is compatible with a wide range of other manufacturers' solar panels from 12V to 150V and can be easily integrated into your existing solar system.
A Full Charge in 2 Hours
You can charge SuperBase V from a 120V or 240V outlet AC. At 240V, SuperBase V can draw 3,600W at its AC input and recharge in about 2 hours.
Plug-and-Play Energy Storage/Use
Home batteries can be quite heavy. SuperBase V’s rear wheels are motorized to help lighten the load. Simply pull the handle and enjoy true portability, even on inclined surfaces.

Many of our products include a warranty that protects your purchase of Zendure products in the event of a defect. This may include refunding your purchase or replacement of your product with a similar /equivalent or comparable item. This warranty is only available to customers who purchased their items from www.zendure.com or a marketplace or seller authorized by Zendure. Our friendly and responsive support team is happy to assist you with your warranty-related inquiries. Please contact us for more information.
Warranty Period
The warranty period is upto 3 years starts on the date of the item is purchased from zendure.com or an authorized retailer.Zendure also provides other special warranty period, please review your product's documentation for information about the duration of warranty protection.

(1) The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, theft, or confiscation of your Zendure products.
(2) The warranty will be invalidated if the product has not been used in accordance with the product documentation, or attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
(3) The warranty is only valid for purchases made directly from www.zendure.com/zendure.ca/zendure.jp/zendure.de or purchases made through Amazon stores as following,

(6) This limited warranty does not apply to any battery cell or product containing a battery cell unless the battery cell has been fully charged by you within seven (7) days after your purchase of the product and at least once every 6 months there after thereafter.
(7) Your warranty is non-transferable.

Lead Time - 2-3 Business Days - Once You Place an Order, We immediately begin processing, the order request is sent to our warehouse and is prepared for pickup, it then usually takes around 2-3 business days to be picked up for transit.
Transit Time - Transit Time can vary depending on the distance between your location and the warehouse but you can expect the item to arrive between 3-8 business days after pickup.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. (please allow a few hours for this to come through in some cases) This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Shipping Options
Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is always completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order.
Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area.
Double-Check Your Address
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please
make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct
abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring
timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information
provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@solarsovereign.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
