EV-Grade Semi-Solid State Batteries

SuperBase V is the world's first home energy storage system with semi-solid state batteries. At more than 228Wh/kg, our semi-solid state batteries have up to 42% more energy per pound compared to lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries. And with our battery management software, internal battery life can be an amazing 10 years or more. 

6.4 to 64kWh Cpacity

The SuperBase V6400 has a storage capacity of 6.4 kWh (6,438Wh). The maximum configuration for SuperBase V6400 includes two base units and eight Satellite Batteries for a total capacity of 64kWh. This is enough energy to power a typical household for a week or more

3800W to 7600W AC Output

A single SuperBase V can provide up to 3,800W of power, and two units can be connected together to provide up to 7,600W. That's enough power to supply a typical household with a washer, dryer, heater, refrigerator and more.

3000W solar Input

SuperBase V can charge up to 3,000 W using solar power alone. This is enough to fully charge the main unit in 2 to 3 hours. While we offer our own solar panels, SuperBase V is compatible with a wide range of other manufacturers' solar panels from 12V to 150V and can be easily integrated into your existing solar system.

A Full Charge in 2 Hours

You can charge SuperBase V from a 120V or 240V outlet AC. At 240V, SuperBase V can draw 3,600W at its AC input and recharge in about 2 hours.

The warranty period is up to 3 years starts on the date of the item is purchased from zendure.com or an authorized retailer.

Zendure also provides other special warranty period, please review your product's documentation for information about the duration of warranty protection.

1. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, theft, or confiscation of your Zendure products.
2. The warranty will be invalidated if the product has not been used in accordance with the product documentation, or attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
3. Warranty service may not be carried out if above information is not available
4. This limited warranty does not apply to any battery cell or product containing a battery cell unless the battery cell has been fully charged by you within seven (7) days after your purchase of the product and at least once every 6 months there after thereafter.
5. Your warranty is non-transferable.

How Will My Cargo Be Shipped?

International Express (DHL / EMS / FEDEX / USPS, etc.) and Amazon FBA as our logistics partners to ship Zendure products. They will make certain shipping decision based on their own judgment of what will better serve our customers.

I Ordered More Than One Item. Will They All Be Delivered At The Same Time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the types of products. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I Change The Delivery Address Of My Package After It Has Been Shipped Out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment details once the product is en route.

-3,000+ cycles for SuperBase V6400 with semi-solid state batteries and 6,000+ cycles for SuperBase V4600 with LiFePO4 batteries.

3. What is the AC output power of SuperBase V?

-The LFP and SSS versions of SuperBase V both have 3,800W rated power and 5,000W peak power. Two SuperBase V's with the same type of battery can be connected to each other with our ZenY cable or the Home Panel to achieve up to 7,600W of total output power.

4. Can 2 SuperBase V be connected for higher output power?

-Yes, two SuperBase V's can be connected together using either our Home Panel or the ZenY cable, doubling the rated output power to 7,600W.

5. Can I mix semi-solid-state and LFP products?

-No, a SuperBase V system should be configured with only semi-solid-state components or only LFP components.

6. What's the capacity of the semi-solid-state SuperBase V?

-The semi-solid-state version has a capacity of 6,438Wh, and the LFP version has a capacity of 4,608Wh.

7. What is max solar panel charging input?

-SuperBase V can collect up to 3,000W through the XT-90 port.

8. Where is solar panel input?

-SuperBase V can accept solar power through the XT90 port or the AC input.

9. How many MPPT ports are used in order to achieve 3,000W solar input?

-SuperBase V has one MPPT to accept solar power through the XT90 port. We are currently evaluating new products that will include 2 MPPT inputs and 2 MPPT outputs.

10. What's the switching time for UPS?

-The US model of SuperBase V can switch to battery power with 0ms of downtime to its AC output port. Other models and other connections will see less than 13ms of interruption.

11. How many Satellite batteries can be connected to a single SuperBase V?

-For each SuperBase V, you can link up to 4 Satellite Batteries. A system can include up to two SuperBase V's working in tandem, with a maximum of 8 Satellite Batteries total.

12. How do I connect the Satellite Batteries to each other? And how do I connect them to SuperBase V？

-Satellite Batteries can directly stack on each other without cable. To connect a Satellite battery to SuperBase V, the included battery cable is the only connection required.
